Biblia Abierta v. Banks, 129 F.3d 899 (7th Cir. 1997)

This case involved the successful defense of two Chicago aldermen in a civil rights action relating to the passage of a zoning ordinance.  On appeal, the Seventh Circuit reversed the district court and held that the Aldermen had absolute legislative immunity for their zoning actions.
